Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 years' experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Previous experience in the traffic control/construction industry is preferred but other experience considered.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: accurately process quotes, sales orders and tickets in various systems.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers.
  • Handle inquiries for quotes, orders as well as customer concerns.
  • Work closely with Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Take payment on cash sales.

About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking to work within a professional setting and someone eager to learn new skill's!

This position is the first point of contact for customers looking to acquire equipment from ATS. CSP will handle calls, quotes, invoices, and sales orders alongside customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email, and walk-in.

Our ideal candidate is a positive team player with superior time management skills. They will utilize their analytical and mathematical skills to serve our customers in a prompt and professional manner. Are you organized, resourceful and comfortable making decisions?
