Job summary

Nutrien is seeking an accounts receivable assistant at the Central Butte branch. Under supervision, you will monitor accounts receivable, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records.

You will print reports, support inventory and administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies. A valid Canadian driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required; SAP experience is an asset. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under supervision.
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily; posts payments to customer accounts with accuracy.
• Prints daily reports and end-of-day reports as required by policy.
• Maintains confidential office records including invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
• Completes administrative correspondence and assists with inventory control and receiving shipments.

What You’ll Do

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous SAP experience, an asset
