Job summary

Nutrien in Saskatchewan, Maymont, is seeking an administrative clerk to support branch operations. You will handle accounts receivable/payable and credit limits under supervision, perform daily invoicing, and maintain customer records.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience; AP/AR is a plus, forklift experience (or willingness to train) is desired, and a valid Canadian driver’s license is required. You will assist with inventory and safety-related duties as needed.

What You'll Do

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Daily invoicing
• Customer maintenance
• Enter staff time into a central database
• Check credit payments, print daily reports, and maintain confidential office records and files
• Prepare end-of-day reports and payment listings
• Complete administrative correspondence
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies
• Support safety team/safety coordinator duties as required
• General duties as assigned
• Operate a forklift on a rare/occasional basis if needed

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• AP/AR experience considered an asset
• Forklift experience considered an asset; must be willing to learn/complete forklift training
• Valid Canadian driver’s license
