Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Canada to respond to customer inquiries, manage credit products and support the branch team in a professional manner.

The role requires 1+ years of customer service experience, a valid Canadian driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset. The position involves daily accounts handling and administrative duties within a branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous SAP experience, an asset.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards
