Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking an administrative professional to support branch operations in Fielding, Saskatchewan. The role includes accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and daily reporting to keep our day-to-day processes accurate and timely.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, exposure to AP/AR is a plus, and forklift experience is an asset with willingness to complete training.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• AP/AR experience considered an asset.
• Forklift experience considered an asset; must be willing to learn/complete forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
• Daily invoicing and processing.
• Check credit payments, print reports, and maintain confidential records and files.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and payment listings.
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies.
• Support safety team duties as required.
• General duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Daily invoicing
• Check credit payments, print daily reports, and maintain confidential office records and files
• Prepare end-of-day reports and payment listings
• Complete administrative correspondence
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies
• Support safety team/safety coordinator duties as required
• General duties as assigned
• Operate a forklift on a rare/occasional basis if needed
