Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking an administrative incumbent to support branch operations in Manitoba. You will monitor receivables/payables, process payments, and maintain records and reports to ensure accurate daily activity.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, a valid Canadian driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset. This on-site role supports inventory and receipt of shipments within a reputable agribusiness network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable under supervision.
• Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily and post to customer accounts with accuracy.
• Print Daily Reports per policy, including End of Day and Payments Listing.
• Maintain confidential office records and daily transaction files (invoices, stock transfers, shipment notices).
• Prepare administrative correspondence and assist with inventory control and receiving shipments.

What You'll Do

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the "End of Day Report" and "Payments Listing"
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

• Previous SAP experience, an asset
