Ce poste assure le service client et la résolution des problèmes et questions courants concernant les produits et/ou services du client. (Les anciens combattants sont encouragés à postuler.)

The Customer Service Representative - Remote (Bilingual: French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)
