Charm Diamond Centres in Clarenville, NL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service in a jewellery-focused retail environment.

You will coach and develop sales associates, drive store performance, manage scheduling, and ensure visual standards are maintained while upholding loss-prevention procedures. Prior management experience is an asset; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
