Job summary

The Hercules Group of Companies is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales for our Continental Chain & Rigging branch in Edmonton, AB. You will deliver excellent service, handle orders, quotations, and product inquiries, and support Territory Managers to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining organized processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to CCR’ prospective customers and current customers.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database – update customer information as required.
• Supports ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations etc.
• Assists customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contacts the customer to promote CCR’ products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions within Hercules.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence.
