Hercules Group of Companies in Edmonton, AB seeks a Territory Sales Manager to join the Continental Chain & Rigging team. You will champion growth with a solutions-based approach, developing relationships with new and existing clients and representing CCR with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field is considered an asset.
• Prior industrial sales experience preferred.
• Account Management experience.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong computer skills with an aptitude to learning new technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to provide references who will attest to your proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing an annual sales plan to achieve targets.
• Plan and execute face-to-face sales calls with specific objectives.
• Determine customer needs and how CCR products/services provide solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and opportunities.
• Balance time between customer facing and branch activity.
• Report sales situations to the team for additional strategies.
• Conduct effective customer prospecting and set sales objectives.
• Out of town travel required.

We are looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our Continental Chain & Rigging team in Edmonton, AB. Our ideal candidate will represent CCR with a strong positive attitude and be a champion for growth both inside and outside the branch, providing a solutions-based approach to their work; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction, and drive growth, from both new customers and an existing customer base.

Key Accountabilities

• Assisting in developing and executing an annual business (sales) plan to achieve sales targets
• Plans, prepares and executes face to face sales calls with specific sales objectives
• Determines customer needs and how CCR products/services will provide a solution
• Manage customer relationships, information, business opportunities
• Effectively balance time between customer facing and branch-based activity
• Reports sales situations to team members for the purpose of building additional sales approaches and strategies
• Conducts effective customer prospecting and sets contact sales objectives
• Out of town travel required

This position generally works Monday to Friday but the ability to travel and work on occasional evenings & weekends is essential.
