Stellar Industrial Sales is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales for its Dartmouth, NS location. You will represent Stellar Industrial with a positive attitude and drive to achieve high client satisfaction, handling orders, inquiries, and product information on-site.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, timely order entry, and support for Territory Managers, with a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule and comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental

Responsibilities

• Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintain an accurate database – update customer information as required.
• Assist customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contact the customer to promote Stellar’s products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions within Stellar.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Support Territory Managers with quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Responsibilities include making hoses, including hydraulic hoses.

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to join our team in our Stellar Industrial branch located in Dartmouth, NS. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
