Stellar Industrial, a branch of Hercules Group of Companies, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales in Dartmouth, NS. You will provide excellent service, process orders, and support sales activities to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to Stellar’ prospective customers and current customers.
• Enter orders in a timely manner and communicate information to the respective personnel.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and update information as required.
• Support ongoing sales activities, such as quotations and follow-up quotations.
• Assist customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contact customers to promote Stellar’ products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Handle day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions.
• Provide client service via telephone, in-person, and electronic communications.
• Assist Territory Managers with quotations, orders, and correspondence.
• Produce hoses, including hydraulic hoses.

Principle Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to Stellar’ prospective customers and current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database – update customer information as required.
