Fil Delivery Inc. is actively seeking a Delivery Driver in Mississauga, ON to deliver premium beverages to clients across the GTA.

The role emphasizes safe driving, punctuality, excellent customer service, and adherence to optimized routing sequences. The position expects a minimum of two years of driving experience with a G license, an Ontario driver’s abstract for at least two years, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age (Required).
• 2 years of driving experience with G license minimum (Required).
• Clean driver’s abstract - minimum 2 years in Ontario (Required).
• 3 years of mid-heavy driving experience (4,500–11,000 kg).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent 20–40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle following safety rules and MOT laws.
• Use route management system to complete deliveries and follow routes.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Follow delivery SOPs consistently.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections with hand-held device.
• Assist with loading/unloading and safe lifting.
• Communicate issues to dispatcher.
• Report incidents/accidents with photos.
• Submit daily documentation.
• Return undelivered items to warehouse before shift end.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.

Delivery Driver Role:

The primary function of this position is to deliver premium beverage to our clients’ customers (businesses and residences across the GTA ) in accordance with the optimized routing sequence. As a customer facing position, to be successful in this role, the incumbent must have exceptional customer service skills and a drive to provide outstanding, personalized service.

What we are looking for:

• Must be 25 years of age (Required)
• 2 years of driving experience (Required) – G license, minimum
• Clean driver's abstract - minimum 2 years in Ontario (Required)
• 3 years of mid-heavy (over 4,500kgs and under 11,000kgs) driving experience
• Delivery driving experience (Preferred)
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (frequent lifting between 20-40 lbs)

Key Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, complete the following duties:

• Drive the company vehicle following all safety rules, and Ministry of Transportation laws.
• Use the route management system to complete deliveries and adhere to the optimal route schedule.
• Perform the delivery function with a focus on imparting exceptional customer service.
• Address all customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Consistently follow all delivery Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Complete pre-post trip inspection of company vehicle with provided hand-held device, in accordance with the SOP.
• Assist with loading/unloading of items to client/warehouse, using proper safe lifting technique.
• Communicate with the on-duty dispatcher any issues that will compromise delivery success.
• Immediately contact dispatcher when an incident/accident is encountered. Actively participate in accident report completion, to include pictures of the scene, vehicle damages.
• Complete and submit daily documentation.
• Return all undelivered items to the warehouse, prior to shift-end.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record.
