Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) at our Milton, ON site. You will process orders, answer questions, and build strong relationships with customers using our training and tools.

The role offers full-time hours, a competitive hourly wage from $35 to $40, and significant growth potential. Benefits including extended health coverage and RRSP matching start day one, along with paid holidays

Qualifications

• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
