Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the primary contact to service all customers in Canada and the U.S., focusing on order fulfillment and providing administrative support to the sales and broker teams, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities align with achieving the company's annual objectives.

We value individuals who understand: World Class food production principles, effective team communication, and collaboration within the operations group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts through the order fulfillment process.
  • Resolve product, pricing, and shipment issues via communication with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee stock allocation and communicate inventory issues to sales/brokers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Shipping, Production, Accounting) to provide excellent customer service.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions
  • May require additional hours during peak times.
  • Work is performed in an office environment.
  • Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week) with flexible hours as needed.
