Job summary

Brunskill Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saskatoon to create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing complaints and inquiries, promoting merchandise, and using the POS system to process inventory.

The role offers both full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (15-20 hrs/week) schedules, with weekday hours and some Saturdays from 9:30am to 6pm. No degree required; Health and Dental insurance after 3 months for full-time staff.

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, your main objective will be to create a positive customer experience. Tasks will include:

• Addressing customers' complaints, concerns, and inquiries
• Promoting merchandise
• Usage of a point-of-sale system, specifically processing inventory
• Stocking products

Full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (15-20 hrs/week) positions available.

Salary: $15.70 to 16.50 hourly (To be negotiated)

Hours: Weekdays and some Saturdays 9:30am-6pm

Note: No degree, certificate or diploma needed to apply. Benefits include a H ealth and Dental insurance plan available to full-time staff after 3 months of employment.
