Job summary

MNSI Telecom is seeking a customer-focused representative to join our in-office team in Windsor. You will handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, assisting customers with product and service questions while creating new accounts and processing payments. Strong data entry skills are beneficial.

No experience is required, but 2-3 years in a call centre or customer service role is ideal to excel in this position. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with competitive benefits.
