Job summary

The Customer Service Representative role at Patterson Companies will provide and maintain a professional standard of service to customers by responding to inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner. You will assist customers in determining their professional needs when handling calls.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from customers and sales personnel, upgrading orders, promoting new products, resolving problems with guidance from the lead CSR, and supporting marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• High school diploma or any other relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is required, along with excellent verbal/phone communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
• Mastering the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $16.30 - $22.29
