Our Individual Savings & Retirement team is looking for Customer Service Agents! In this permanent position, you'll be part of a large team with a human dimension, as well as having access to a coach and trainer.

After receiving extensive training, you'll be able to:

  • Provide information by telephone and e-mail to our customers and partner advisors across Canada.
  • Answer incoming calls concerning information on the different products and types of recordings offered by the company, as well as information on administrative policies and procedures applicable during the term of the contract.
  • Make outgoing calls to our customers and partners to support them in the processing of requests relating to the issuance and filing of contracts, withdrawals or transfers, as well as modifications to existing contracts.
  • Analyze cases and complaints, working in solution mode while respecting existing guidelines.
  • Actively participate in the development and improvement of work procedures.

Profile sought

DEC in administration or related field

2 years' relevant customer service experience

Advanced knowledge of the English language, as the person will be required to communicate with unilingual English-speaking customers and partners in order to provide product information, follow up on requests and process transactions on a daily basis.
