Qualifications

• Knowledge of drive technology, automation components, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries, requests for quotation, and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Process sales orders, changes, returns, and confirmations using ERP and CRM systems.
• Maintain electronic records, order files, correspondence, and quotation documents.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with engineering, purchasing, plant operations, and sales teams.
• Respond to customers about order status, inventory, shipping schedules, and tracking.
• Provide initial product guidance and prepare tailored price quotations.
• Support reception, telephone triage, administrative work, and customer follow-ups.
