Leavitt Machinery in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will work with the Operator Training group to manage the sales process, answer calls, and coordinate CRM activity for leads and client queries.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. This is a hybrid position based in Coquitlam.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with a CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• A confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls for main phone lines.
• Utilize the CRM to pass leads to Account Managers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of active clients and product offerings.
• Ensure compliance of standards within the department in support of maintaining positive customer experiences.
• Provide general administrative support for the Operator Training department.
• Assist with completing registrations and follow up on client feedback as needed.
• Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed.

The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure customers receive excellent service. This will include working in the CRM, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.

The base pay range for this role is: $49,000 to $55,000 annually depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, BC.
