Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team at a Kingston retail location. You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a customer-first attitude, solving problems and creating solutions for our valued customers.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up to identify needs, boosting loyalty through exceptional service, and daily review of order reports.

Qualifications

• Team oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
