Job summary

Canadian Tire in West Kelowna is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, handle inquiries, process returns, exchanges and sales transactions with professionalism. You will work at the front lines, assisting shoppers and supporting colleagues in a busy retail environment.

This role requires a friendly, approachable attitude, the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to find solutions to problems and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Attention to detail in transactions and service.
• Cash register operation is a plus.

Responsibilities
