Job summary

Kal Tire Mining Group is hiring Front Counter Sales Representatives at our Kelowna stores. You’ll be the first contact, helping customers choose products and services while keeping the flow moving. This is a temporary, full-time role for the contract duration.

You’ll greet customers, prepare quotes, look up parts and pricing, process invoices, answer calls, and book appointments. A customer service and sales background will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive or parts lookup is an asset
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication and customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as required
• Team-oriented and safety-minded

We are currently hiring at our various Kelowna and West Kelowna store locations!

If you enjoy working with customers, staying busy, and being part of a team, this role is a good fit.

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

• Complete vehicle check-ins, including gathering mileage, tire condition, and service details (outdoors in all weather)
• Look up parts, pricing, and availability using internal systems
• Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
• Answer calls, book appointments, and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • 2233 LECKIE RD
• General Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday, Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Start as soon as possible!

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.

Hiring Process
