Job summary

Kal Tire in Kelowna is seeking a Front Counter Sales Representative to be the first contact for customers, helping them choose products and services while keeping the store experience moving. This is a temporary, full-time position for the contract duration and places you in a team-focused environment.

You will greet customers, prepare quotes, process transactions, and coordinate with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience.
• Interest in automotive—tires, basic vehicle knowledge, or parts lookup is an asset.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as required.
• Team-oriented and committed to working safely.

• Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

We are currently hiring at our various Kelowna and West Kelowna store locations!

As a Front Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the store—helping customers choose the right products and services while keeping things moving. This is a temporary position with full-time hours for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works together, supports each other, and delivers a consistent experience for every customer.

• General Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday, Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Start as soon as possible!

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
