Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team as a Customer Service Associate, reporting to the Operations Manager. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer-focused attitude to deliver a rewarding experience in one of our retail locations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
• Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
• Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned
