Job summary

The Brick in British Columbia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our vibrant retail team. You will report to the Operations Manager and help deliver exceptional service while supporting store operations.

You will respond to inquiries, assist customers, promote loyalty, and handle daily order reports with accuracy. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
