Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

• Welcome clients professionally and listen to understand vehicle concerns.
• Confirm service coverage and warranty information; communicate next steps clearly.
• Prepare accurate labour and parts estimates.
• Create detailed work orders reflecting client concerns and diagnostics.
• Keep clients informed with transparent updates and timelines.
• Maintain accurate service records following standards.
• Work with technicians and parts to support an efficient repair process.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.

Colonial Honda is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia! As a Service Advisor, you will be the friendly face and dependable guide our clients rely on throughout their service experience. You will listen closely to their vehicle concerns, communicate service recommendations clearly, and keep them informed from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is ready. With a strong work ethic and a passion for service excellence, you will help ensure every customer experience is smooth, efficient, and worry-free. This is an opportunity to own the customer experience from start to finish while building lasting relationships with our clients.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage range of $21.40 to $25.70, plus bonus
