Simmons Honda Powerhouse Recreation in Gander, NL, is seeking a Parts & Service Advisor to support Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment. You will engage customers, source parts, and help create a smooth service experience.

In this role, you will prepare estimates, issue repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and maintain parts inventory while building strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Customer-service focused with clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts & service needs for Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment.
• Create repair orders, prepare estimates, and explain recommended repairs, services, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Order, receive, and manage parts while maintaining accurate inventory records and supplier relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and support throughout the service process.

How you will make an impact:
