Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to provide an exceptional customer experience while handling administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and deliver excellent service in Canada’s collision and glass services network.

With 1+ year in customer service, you will manage rentals, reservations, and payments, contributing to a professional atmosphere and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and positive customer interactions.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with energy.
• Manage rental vehicle and towing reservations.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims.
• Coordinate towing arrangements and cost against repair orders.
• Follow up on assignments and confirm customer appointments.
• Reconcile repair orders before closing.
• Monitor store accounts receivable.
• Apply new knowledge to maintain high quality and NPS.
