Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling essential administrative tasks. The role supports repair facilities’ KPIs and collaborates with team members to keep operations running smoothly in Canada.

You’ll engage with customers, insurance representatives, and internal staff, ensuring accurate towing, rental coordination, and timely updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Google workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Manages confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles and towing requests.
• Communicates updates with Customers and Insurance claims personnel.
• Coordinates towing arrangements and costs against the Repair Order.
• Follows up on assignments and confirms appointments with customers.
• Reconciles each Repair Order prior to closing.
• Monitors store Accounts Receivable.
• Applies knowledge from training to maintain high-quality work and service.
