Responsibilities:

• Invoicing
• Computer data entry - especially in Excel
• Dealing with customers and drivers on phone

Requirements:

• Customer service experience via phone and email
• Data Entry experience
• MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
• GoodEnglish fluency; Punjabi or Hindi could be a strong asset

Monday to Friday, either morning to 3pm start times, 9-11pm end times. Required to work overtime between 1-3 hours/ day. Overtime is paid at 1.5 rate after 8 hrs/ day.

Pay is $18.25/ hour, 4% vacation pay on every pay period. Stat when eligible.
