Job summary

Nikkayuko is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. The role focuses on handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, building strong client relationships, and proactively supporting customers to meet their project needs.

You will process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining detailed CRM records to support ongoing customer satisfaction.
