Deluxe in Midland, Ontario seeks a bilingual Customer Service representative to handle inbound calls, update customer records, answer questions, and resolve issues while maintaining high satisfaction. English/French fluency is required. This in-person role operates Monday–Friday with a base hourly rate plus incentive.

In Person Role:330 Cranston Crescent, Midland, ON L4R, CanadaShift:Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30PM ET Bilingualism (English/French) is a mandatory requirement for this role. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages. This role is the primary customer contact during the Customer Ordering and or Service experience, communicating expectations to the customer, and ensuring that the process flows smoothly. Ensures a balance between customer satisfaction, retention and company profitability. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

• Handles inbound customer service calls, inquiries and complaints while consistently ensuring delivery of a positive experience during every customer interaction.

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

• Researches and resolves product or service concerns by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.

• Track issues and communications with customers

• Understand and elevate any issues that arise during the order process

Basic Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and 1-2 years in sales, retail, customer service Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Ability to provide customer service and support in both languages.

• Successful completion of a language proficiency assessment may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Associates (or certificate)

• Experience: 3+ years

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

The position being advertised is a replacement for an existing role within the organization.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $22.79 - $23.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
