Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, BDC, or sales is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong ability to build relationships and follow up with customers.
• Motivated by goals, activity and results; comfortable with inbound/outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via inbound/outbound calls, email, and online inquiries.
• Respond promptly to new leads and questions; qualify opportunities.
• Generate and book appointments for Sales and Service teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and client records.
• Support campaigns, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
• Re-engage previous customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams for a seamless customer experience.
