Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking a Customer Business Development Representative to support Sobeys and drive customer business development in Canada. You will enable forecasting, planning and order fulfillment, liaising with internal teams to exceed customer expectations and lead key meetings with the Customer Business Development Managers.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales/marketing, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, planning and order fulfillment for key customers.
• Lead and participate in customer meetings and business reviews with account teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations on KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop customer presentations and communications for launches and promotions.
• Communicate customer requirements across internal functions and improve processes.
