Job summary

Midway Nissan, part of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team in Whitby, Canada. The Service Advisor coordinates the service process and experience by assisting customers, aiming to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include scheduling diagnosis, greeting customers in person or by phone, making repair and preventative maintenance recommendations, following up to ensure satisfaction, and adapting to evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service role.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Confident approach with customers to understand their needs.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem.
• Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone.
• Experience with CDK.
• Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Follow all organizational safety standards.
• Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• Position involves sitting for long periods of time.
• Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time.
