The role focuses on building lasting relationships, upselling products, and maintaining visual standards. Previous retail experience is preferred; a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience with cash handling and merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment.
• Excellent presentation in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly.
• Ability to understand the needs of the customer.
• Ability to build buy-in to an idea, a decision, an action, a product, or a service.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude and build customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at store level.
• Be a team player and contribute to the store's success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks like receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Keep the store visually appealing and maintain standards.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
