You will handle POS transactions, merchandising duties, and maintain store standards while staying upbeat and customer-focused. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player and who understands customer needs to drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience with cash handling and merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgement.
• Excellent presentation in retail environments.
• Upbeat, optimistic, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in to ideas, decisions, actions, products or services.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude to build and maintain loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely, positive manner.
• Be a team player and contribute to store success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Keep store visually appealing per company standards through presentation, replenishment, housekeeping and displays.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
