Qualifications

• Experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understanding of store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment in all situations.
• Excellent presentation skills in retail environments.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in to ideas, decisions, actions, products or services.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-first attitude, building and maintaining loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely, positive manner.
• Be a team player and contribute to store success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep).
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Ensure store is visually appealing and maintained to company standards.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
