Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in store operations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including early or late start times as needed.
• Engage customers on the sales floor and tell product stories.
• Maintain store appearance using merchandising standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
