Amhil North America is seeking a Customer Care Representative to support customers through accurate order management, timely service communication, and e-commerce facilitation. You will serve as the primary service contact for assigned customers and route commercial inquiries to Inside Sales or Account Management.

Responsibilities include data accuracy, coordination across departments, and promoting standard order channels.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B settings.
• Strong order-entry skills with high accuracy and documentation discipline.
• Proficient with MS Excel; Power BI and ERP/Macola experience are assets.
• Professional written and verbal communication with strong customer-service judgment.

Mansioni

• Enter and verify customer purchase orders in Macola and related systems.
• Ensure accuracy of product codes, pricing, quantities, and ship-to details.
• Maintain customer records, order notes, and account documentation.
• Coordinate order acknowledgements and invoicing documentation.
