Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an entry-level Customer Fulfillment Solutions Representative in North America. You will partner with sales, distribution, and the supply chain to ensure fast, accurate order processing and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include order entry, issue resolution, invoicing support, and proactive customer updates, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three in-office days per week.

Competenze

• 0-2 years of customer service/fulfillment experience.
• Comfort with data entry in CRM/ERP systems.
• Able to work cross-functionally with peers and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Mansioni

• Enter customer orders accurately and quickly.
• Review reports, troubleshoot order issues, and update customers on order status.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle invoicing/billing issues and communicate resolution to customers.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on order progress.
