Veolia Water Technology is seeking a North American Customer Fulfillment Solutions Representative to ensure fast, accurate order entry and top-tier customer service. You will collaborate with sales, distribution partners and the supply chain to maintain order quality and timely delivery.

In this entry-level role, you will manage calls, processes, and reports while supporting the Customer Fulfillment Specialist across a regional team. A hybrid schedule is required with on-site presence.

Competenze

• 0–2 years of customer service/fulfillment/procurement experience.
• Digital mindset: comfortable entering and retrieving data in a variety of software, CRM and ERP platforms.
• An ability to work in a cross-functional environment with peers & immediate leadership.
• Energetic, strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

• Enter customer orders with a focus on quality, accuracy and speed.
• Reviewing and actioning reports; troubleshoot and resolve order issues.
