Job summary

BearCom is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide quality service to customers and internal teams. You will be the central contact to drive satisfaction and business growth through accurate order processing and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, verifying packing slips, tracking shipments, and supporting cross-functional teams. The role requires a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be PC literate and familiar with the Internet.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Good aptitude in solving customer service issues.
• Exercises professional telephone procedures and e-mail correspondence skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and build rapport with the team.
• Multitask oriented and customer-focused.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and commitment to customers.
• Operational knowledge of major office equipment.
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Verify accuracy of packing slips for orders.
• Ensure quality control for order accuracy.
• Troubleshoot product/service questions and order status with various departments.
• Handle shipping and track shipments with multiple carriers.
• Perform general office duties including receptionist tasks.
• Participate in special projects for the department.
