ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between clients and production. You will support order processing, track shipments, and resolve inquiries while collaborating with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Experience supporting large, complex, or high-volume customer accounts.
• Experience with flexible packaging or manufacturing supply chains is a plus.
• ERP experience such as Infor M3 or Microsoft Dynamics AX is desirable.
• Experience coordinating orders across production, inventory, warehousing, transportation and delivery.
• Comfort working directly with manufacturing teams and production floors when needed.

• Manage a high volume of daily inbound communications and provide exceptional customer support.
• Use CRM software and Microsoft Office to enter data, track orders and maintain client records.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure orders meet specs and timelines.
