FFUN Group's Saskatoon South Hyundai is hiring a Service Advisor to connect guests with our skilled technicians. You will manage service scheduling, communicate technical needs clearly, and ensure a smooth, guest-first service journey in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes building trust, updating guests throughout the process, and maintaining high standards of warranty compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required.
• Proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales.
• Tech tools like CRM, DMS, tablets and digital tools are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform vehicle walkarounds to build rapport.
• Schedule service, maintenance and recall appointments efficiently.
• Ensure repair orders align with manufacturer expectations and warranty guidelines.
• Communicate service needs clearly and document all steps for guests.
• Advise on needed services with confidence and clarity.
• Keep guests updated throughout the service journey and manage expectations.
• Review work orders and explain results to ensure guest satisfaction.

At Saskatoon South Hyundai, you’ll be part of a high-volume dealership backed by the energy and support of the FFUN Motor Group. In this role, you’re the key connection between our guests and the technical staff. You’ll build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every guest feels confident and well taken care of.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming Guests and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds, check in photos, all while building repour.
• Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
• Ensuring your repair orders follow exactly the manufacturers' expectations and strict warranty compliance guidelines
• Communicating technical service needs in a Guest come first way - Documenting your communications every step of the way
• Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity -
• Updating Your Guests throughout the Service Journey and managing expectations
• Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring Guest satisfaction throughout the Service Journey.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required
• A proven background in fast-paced customer service/Guest Experience or sales
• Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
• Positive energy and a drive to exceed Guest expectations
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience on with PBS is a plus
