Job summary

Apple Retail in Calgary is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You will tailor recommendations to customer needs and deliver a unique Apple customer service experience.

You will stay informed about Apple products and services, assist peers, and help customers understand ownership opportunities while maintaining accuracy and an inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• English required for the rest of Canada (French in Quebec only).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding needs and presenting products and services.
• Stay up to date on Apple's products, services, and purchase options.
• Support store peers by sharing knowledge and assisting ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks including customer service in other areas of the store.
