MOSAIC HOME SERVICES in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to guide homeowners from the first conversation through booking and scheduling. You will educate customers on Mosaic services, suggest the right solutions, convert inquiries into booked appointments, and coordinate with operations to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, sales, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or call centres is an asset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Educate customers on Mosaic services and help them choose the right solution.
• Convert customer inquiries into booked appointments and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations teams to support successful service delivery.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM and follow up as needed.
