Job summary

Mosaic Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support clients as they make one of life's biggest purchases. You will receive extensive training, gain a deeper understanding of the industry, and have mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals, with potential for promotion within the organization.

Our team values real estate passion, branding consistency, and strong customer service across multiple Lower Mainland locations. The role may require weekend shifts and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree is preferred or in progress.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland.
• Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the home buying process and inquiries.
• Support customers in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Be flexible with shifts, including weekends, across Multiple Lower Mainland locations.

Who You Are

You have or are working on a post‑secondary degree and have prior experience in sales, retail, or hospitality. You are willing to work at various locations around the Lower Mainland. Bonus points if you can drive and have access to a vehicle.

You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising. You can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

You are a self‑starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.
